With tough water restrictions, we all need to think about how we can maintain our gardens while saving our precious resource. Drip irrigation is the most water efficient form of irrigation for gardens and lawns. Water is delivered directly to the root zone, reducing evaporation, weed growth and fungal diseases while eliminating water run-off and wind drift.

By slowly dripping water into the soil at the base of plants, water is released at a rate that is easy to absorb, and only where it’s needed. Different plants have differing water requirements, so it is ideal to install a system that will irrigate selected areas of the garden as needed – making your irrigation efficient and effective.

With an automatic drip irrigation system, your garden will be watered regularly - no need to worry about your vegetable garden or lawn while you are away on holiday.

Conversion from Spray System to Drip Irrigation:

Your spray irrigation system does not have to be disposed of – you may be able to convert your existing system to a drip system or install rainwater tanks to enable continued use.

Using your existing irrigation controller, mainlines and solenoid valves, an effective drip system may be installed by adding pressure reducers, filters and drip lines to replace your existing sprays.
